eCraft and Tectura form Strategic Alliance
Partnership creates opportunity for local and multi-national companies in Finland to gain greater access to global product and service offerings.

A primary goal of the alliance is for eCraft and Tectura to closely collaborate on Microsoft Dynamics implementations to ensure quality, efficiency and success for each client. The alliance is mutually binding and Tectura is committed to exclusively work with eCraft for Microsoft Dynamics projects in Finland. Likewise, eCraft will partner with Tectura for international projects in countries where within Tectura has an office. In addition, the alliance provides eCraft with access to Tecturas industry specific business solutions.

eCraft Oy Ab partnering with UCMS Group EMEA to launch Nordic version of the Quinyx On Demand Workforce Management system
A joint venture has been established between eCraft Oy Ab and UCMS Group EMEA. The aim is to make the Quinyx Workforce Management system available to customers in the Nordic countries. The Quinyx suite will be localized to meet the growing demand for on-demand applications in the region.
eCraft has entered into a partnership with UCMS Group EMEA (UCMS) to expand its regional reach to the Nordic countries and the Baltic States. The Quinyx On Demand product will be localized for these markets, with the Finnish localization being targeted for release during Q1 2008.
Following an initial phase of product localization, the parties intend to extend the scope of the partnership to cover a full range of sales, marketing, consulting, and support services. Thomas Lönnquist, Co-Founder and CEO of eCraft, says There is a growing market for Software On Demand product offerings in the Nordic region". The Quinyx Workforce management platform is impressive and brings a global dimension to the Nordic market.
Steve Collins, Senior Director of Product Management and Business Development at UCMS, adds Finland and the Nordic region in general are strategic markets for the future development of the Quinyx On Demand applications; they are being at the forefront of technology. UCMS is at an exciting stage in its development in becoming the premier service provider of Workforce Management solutions in Europe. eCraft and Frends joined forces
eCraft and Frends joined forces and signed a supplier agreement at the Microsoft Business Summit 2007. Consequently, Frends can focus more on product development and eCraft on integration projects.
eCraft makes company acquisition
eCraft acquired 60% of AComma Data Oy in March 2007, which makes AComma part of the eCraft corporation. AComma is, specialized in IT infra services, a natural complement to eCraft?s service offering and brings especially well suited support to eCraft ETIMA's customers. AComma's core competence lies in essential elements supporting the customer's LAN environment; from security planning to render system utilization more effective.
AComma Data Oy was founded in 2002. With 6 employees the company turnover in 2006 was 1.1 MEUR. With the head office located in Helsinki the company operates in the SMB segment in all of Finland. AComma is a certified Microsoft partner with skills in Microsoft MCP / MCSE.
