Look at work center bottlenecks


Filter out the work centers that are overloaded. Get a visual overview of all orders and their dependencies. You can see the duration and workload that they create compared to capacity. You can also look at order details like run time, number of workers, status on MO, and status on material.

Identify orders at risk


By selecting an order that is highlighted in the bottleneck work center you see the complete order network. The order causing the problem is marked in red. You can now easily investigate the root cause.

Reschedule according to needs


Reschedule manufacturing orders, see the results. Repeat until the bottlenecks are eliminated.
