Our Mobile Field Service solution is fully integrated and works with older versions of M3, whilst saving you both time and money compared to a separate 3rd party solution. It enables the field technician to perform end-to-end service tasks with end-to-end visibility. It also handles both reactive and preventive services and new jobs can be added by the technicians without any interaction with back-office.
Field Service Planning
Plan routes and zones via visual tools and maps, where you can define regions based on postal codes or other terms. Enter who works and when, including off-hours and holidays. Allocate technicians to zones and verify that all zones and routes are covered. Identify customers and their placement in the zones to make sure no gaps exists. Dispatch will then use this information to dispatch to the correct technician.
Field Service Analytics
Add your KPI’s to the technicians home screen to drive your service organisation in the right direction in real-time. Enable all service technicians to be able to access all old jobs and be able to look at that information per customer, per equipment or per contract.
Field Service Parts
Many field service solutions lack a true parts management system. With our Field Service parts you can do much more than just look at you van stock. You can look at other technicians van stock, search for parts, transfer parts and receive them. Look at used parts, create order forms for resupply and create customer order forms that can be sent to back-office for execution.
Field Service Offline
With our offline module you don’t need to worry about cellphone coverage. You can work wherever you are and you don’t have to think about whether you have coverage or not. Field Service Documents
In the core package Field Service Operation we have PDF handling of the service report including signature from the customer, for some this isn’t enough and they want a more full fletched document management system. Attach electronic documents, photos, videos to your service report and then look at them at any time either for an active report or for a finished one.
Rental Equipment Ordering
We give you a customer portal for renting equipment. With a visual catalogue and a simple google-like search you can be sure that your customers will find the equipment that want to rent. With our app you just enter your order number and the app finds out if it is a distribution order or a purchase order. The receival itself is so easy and intuitive that you do not need any special training.
Lot and quality control
For many companies traceability and quality control is key and the simple one step goods receival is not enough. You are able to specify lot when receiving goods and perform quality control either before or after stock taking.
Indirect Procurement is insufficiently handled in M3. Due to this, many companies do not handle indirect procurement in their ERP solution. Our app complements and extends M3 with both functionality and mobility, which means that you get an effective and flexible way to handle this process without the need of a 3rd party solution.
Supplier Integration with punch-out
Connect your purchasing process with your main suppliers to simplify the creation of requisitions. This could be as simple as providing files that contain supplier item numbers and prices separated from the ERP master data. Or you could have scenarios where you go to a supplier’s web shop, create a basket of items that you would like to buy and bring it back to the application.
Authorization engine in our app
This module adds functionality that extends your standard ERP authorization flow and handles situations when you do not want the purchase order to be created in the ERP before it is approved. It also creates a platform for continuous improvement of the authorization matrix since it is handled independent of the ERP system. This also means that it is an excellent solution for those enterprises running multiple ERPs.
Enhanced ERP authorization
This module adds functionality that enhances the standard ERP authorization flow and handles situations when an approver is away or cannot approve due to their approval restrictions.
Direct procurement - Price and item / supplier handling
Once you start working actively with your indirect procurement you might find frequent items where you would like to use standard M3 functionality around item / supplier to enhance and simplify the process and also enable supplier / item follow-up.
The functionalities included are:
Possibility to fetch prices from M3 when creating a requisition.
Possibility to enter a supplier and only see the items connected to that supplier.
Possibility to enter an item and only see the suppliers connected to that item.
Possibility to fetch Item number based on Supplier's item number.
M3 planning based on MRP is not sufficient for today’s needs. Often you need to consider both the capacity and time perspective, material shortages, identify root causes and so on. This has led to many using external systems for their planning.
With our app we release the true power of M3 by combining MRP with all the data in M3. We show load/capacity issues, delivery issues and material shortages all in one graphical workspace that is easy to use and understand. If you run orders initiated or supply chain orders you also see all the links between the different orders.
Drag and drop - add-on
If you have the need to do massive re-planning our drag and drop module will simplify this task. Simply adjust as needed and then send this new picture into M3 and watch the consequences. If needed perform adjustments until all issues are resolved.
Material shortages - add-on
For those companies that would like to get a visual indication of material shortages in the planning stage we have created this add-on. Since the rules around this are in many cases company-unique we will tailor the solution to specifically fit your needs.
Connections to distribution and purchase orders
For companies that would like to see connections to DOs and POs we have created a solution that shows all connected DOs and POs in separate swim lanes. They are displayed as discrete points connected to their delivery date.
An easy and intuitive way of handling manufacturing reporting in a mobile first designed experience that works cross device. In M3 manufacturing reporting is done in many different programs and it’s hard to get an overview. We have streamlined all this and the reporting is now done using an intuitive flow with multiple scrap reasons allowed. We guide the user so that the reporting becomes as easy as using a consumer app.
Connection to PLCs - add-on
For companies using PLCs we have the possibility to connect them to enable automatic reporting. Depending on the type and age of the PLCs the scope of enabling this module will vary.
Batch & Catch Weight - add-on
For specific industries the handling of batches and catch weight is compulsory. In this module we enable the reporting of batches either predefined or to create them when reporting. We also handle catch weight, both for main product and by-product.
Attributes - add-on
For companies using attributes we enable the manufacturing reporting to handle attributes.
